Reads for Paeds is a student-led initiative that seeks to develop engaging, illustrative and age-appropriate books for children with paediatric conditions. Started in 2014 by members of the Queen’s Medicine Class of 2017, we have a list of completed books and are working to expand this collection. Each book has been thoroughly researched, written, illustrated and edited by medical students with the invaluable guidance of healthcare professionals to ensure their accuracy and relevance. Our aim is provide books of the highest quality.
We greatly value your input on how the books have impacted you, and how to make them better. We would love to hear what you have to say about our books and we invite suggestions for new books!
We are working hard to make Reads for Paeds books available for free to those who could benefit from them, and appreciate any financial support that you can provide. If you would like to make a donation, please follow the link.
